white balance

I took this shot using the white balance on the "shade" mode. I like the dominating blue colors in the picture, as well as the shadows and the rays of the sun. The red hair creates a contrast with the green elements in the image.

I took this photo using the white balance on the "tungsten light" mode. I like the warm colors in the picture. In addition, the red hair became more goldish and created a great contrast in the image.

For this picture, I changed the white balance settings a bit to make it less blue and greyer. I changed the tint setting and exposure setting. Now green leaves in the background make more contrast in the image than before. However, the red hair makes less contrast after editing.

This is one of the photos I took for a photo essay. I edited it to make it more vibrant and to add more light in it. I changes all the settings a little bit to reach this effect I am satisfied with.

I chose this picture because the focus point - the girl - contains areas of sharp contrasting brightness. The subject in the image is half in the shade, which makes the photo look more interesting and alluring. To take this shot, I mostly needed only a low ISO to create a contrast in the picture.

I chose this photo as an example of continuous shooting in Al-Servo mode. This is a good shot because the moving subject is clear, which can be a great example of shooting in AutoFocus. In addition, I used a high shutter speed to make the picture even clearer.
